Criteria:  Support the mission and organizational goals of Zonta International, Zonta District, Zonta Club of Cheyenne, and improve the status of women. 

Approved for Service Hours submission:

ü  Athena

ü  Chrysalis House

ü  Climb Wyoming

ü  Comea House

ü  Connections Corner

ü  Habitat for Humanity – Women Build

ü  Meals on Wheels

ü  Needs

ü  Raising Readers

ü  Safehouse 

Approved for Service Hours submission with a caveat:

ü  Library – programs that support or improve the status of women

ü  MS Walk, Race for the Cure, Relay for Life – in a public relations capacity i.e. handing out water, manning a booth, a Zonta team. 

Additional entities can be brought forth at anytime!   If your passion is not on the list and you can make a case that it fits the criteria let me know.   If you hear of something new and can make a case that it fits the criteria let me know.

In addition, educational events for women can count as service hours.  For example, we could invite the public to a showing of a movie that is education for women or that informs others in regards to issues that women face.

 

Keep track of your service hours and turn them into when asked for your RSVP for meetings.
